Chandigarh: In a major push towards clean and sustainable energy, Haryana has set an ambitious target of installing 2.2 lakh rooftop solar (RTS) systems across the state under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana (PMSG: MBY) by the financial year 2026–27.
With Andhra Pradesh taking the lead in contributing 160 gigawatt of renewable energy to the national target of 500 gigawatt, the state govt has initiated another effort to upskill the green workforce to create a talent hub in the sector.
