Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis issued a clear directive to the state machinery: complete 5,000 MW of solar power projects under the ambitious ‘Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0’ by September 2025. Calling it his ‘dream initiative’, the CM told officials to treat the issue with urgency and efficiency.
